Dan's sister invited us to their new lake house for the 4th. So off to Brownwood TX we went.
We got there just in time to do a little dusk fishing and then hopped on their boat to watch the fireworks!!

We got a tour of the lake!
We all took turns jumping off the 14 ft dock! It was SCARY!!!
The canoe is so fun too! Here is Drew and Uncle Eddy!!
Dan and I took a leisurely ride!! You can tell who did most of the work on this ride! Y
Dan took the boys out of the canoe and Zach caught this gorgeous bass! It was the biggest catch yet! Way to go Zach! 
Drew even caught some!! 
After all the fun, a little rest was in order! 
We had a great 4th with the family at the lake. A big shout out to Tia and Eddy for being wonderful hosts and for sharing the fun with us!! XOXO

What a gorgeous lake house! I thought you were suppose to rough-it when you go to the lake! Looks like ya'll had an awesome time! Dan looks like a natural behind the wheel of the boat! I can't wait for our lake trip to PK---we leave this Thursday!!

We had a great time with you guys at the lake. Sorry I chickened out on the jump off the dock but I am proud of you for doing it. It is scary. Maybe one of these days!
